Gymnastics Beam
Gymnastics is a great sport and an exercise to the body as well. There are most of the joints and the muscles of the body is used to practice this sport. There are many types of gymnastics and many artistic ways where they use. They use the floor, and accessories to practice gymnastics. One of the accessories is the gymnastics beam.
The gymnastics beam is also known as the balance beam. It is a very rigid beam and has a flat top. The ranking of the beam method is according to the difficult moves. They are ranked from rank A which is easier and slowly as it becomes difficult it goes up to rank E. Performing and attempting difficult moves is better than performing simpler and perfect ones. The balance beam varies according to the movement and level. Some moves are close to the bar. The gymnast has to crouch or otherwise maintain balance in the position.
The other difficult moves require the gymnast to leave the bar and maintaining his balance, jumping in the air and landing softly again maintaining his balance of his body perfectly.
